Alliance Francaise, established in Paris over a hundred years ago with more than 1600 centres all over the world. Founded in 1980,the Alliance Francaise de Hyderabad, the Indo-French Cultural Centre is a teaching and a cultural network for promoting the French culture and language and encourage Indo-French Cultural exchanger.

Centre De Resources:
An extended vision of our library, the documentation centre on contemporary France was created to furnish a quick answer to a precise question. It offers information on various data careers, encyclopaedias,CD ROM, Internet, periodicals, newspapers, press reviews, etc.The centre also houses a video and audio library along with books for all age groups in English and French. The books cover various fields:theatre, poetry, politics, economics, commerce,history,fine arts, regions, tourism, gastronomy, culture, cinema, philosophy, literary studies, children's books, comic strips and a wide array of novels along with easy French books and of course information on studies and training in France.

Language Centre:
Courses are open to one and all, A prior knowledge of the English language will be an added advantage. They recommend the age group 13-65,though absolutely anyone can learn French.

A Cultural Centre :
The Alliance Francaise it is always an ongoing celebration of music, dance, films with events such as Dance Recitals, Music Concerts, Art Exhibitions, Conferences and Lectures Film Festivals(35mm),Friday Cine Club Screening and the  "Festival of France in Hyderabad is an Annual Celebration".
