City to have a new three star hotel Nakshatra,
which will be thrown open to public from 13th Feb.

A maiden venture of Sai Sanketh Hotels & Resorts Pvt.Ltd., it is
setup at a project cost of Rs.4 crore over two years of time. This
leased property, according to Mr. Naveen Chitumalla, Executive
Director of the Company will have five star facilities, though
being a three star hotels
The following features of The Nakshatra set it apart from other
Budget Hotels in Secunderabad, informed Mr.Venugopal, Managing
Director of the hotel.

hall in Secunderabad. With an area of 5000 sft, it accommodates
500 pax.
Property with 44 guest rooms, a Multi cuisine restaurant
‘Parikrama’ with a seating capacity of 118 covers, making it
probably the only multi cuisine restaurant in Secunderabad with
the maximum capacity.
A classy contemporary Board Room which can accommodate 25 persons
and an International Coffee Shop-‘Panorama’ makes it a star
attraction to the people in and around Secunderabad.
It has an ample parking space at the basement as well as ground
floor parking. Thus, patrons will have a luxury of valet parking
which can accommodate quite a number of vehicles.
