Prajay Engineers Syndicate was established in the year 1985 as a Partnership Firm in the name of Engineers Syndicate under the dynamic leadership of D.S.Chandra Mohan Reddy with the aim of providing shelter to the low and middle class groups. It subsequently converted into Public Limited Company on 19th April, 1994 under the name of Prajay Engineers Syndicate Limited. The company has to its credit diversified projects such as economy flats, deluxe flats, commercial complexes, independent houses, housing colonies, development of plots, farm houses, recreation club etc.

The company's name is synonymous with economic construction with quality. It has been possible to provide houses at economical cost due to economies of scale in mass housing, optimization of resources, implementation of various cost effective measures and manufacturing of Tiles and Hollow Blocks at the project sites resulting in substantial saving in Transport and Material cost. The company is also having its sister concern dealing in R&D works of A.P.Govt having all the required construction equipment such as Road Rollers, Paver, JCB Excavator, Tipper and Tractors etc. These facilities available with the sister concern helps us in formation of roads and development of Projects sites.

The company has given financial packages to the prospective buyers to pay in intalments. All the Housing Projects are appraised and legal clearances are given by all the Housing Financial Institutions for loan purpose. The Company also has its sister concern Prajay Chit Funds Private Ltd providing financial assistance to its customers.

For its pioneering effort of providing low cost houses to lower and middle income groups of the society, the Company was awarded CITD National Gold Award in 1995, which was presented by Dr.Manmohan singh, Union Finance Minister. The Company was also awarded CITD Navaratna Award in 1996 presented by Dr.Shanker Dayal Sharma, President of India and CITD Award in 1997 presented by Dr.C.Ranga Rajan, Governor of AP and also in 1999.
