Dr. D has been working this way for years, as a

stopped at just that and has also created various
recipes of Idlis and Vadas.
The man behind Dosa Plaza is Mr. Ganapathy T.
Nadar, who is also fondly called Prem Ganapathy.In
1998, Dosa Plaza had a modest begining in the Navi
Mumbai city, but today it spans its wings across
the globe. All this while, it has maintained its
reputations for the quality and the taste it
offered in the very beginning. Mr. Ganapathy’s
undying zeal for originality and his un-beatable
creativity had helped Dosa Plaza churn out 104
varieties of dosas, 27 of which have been
registered for trademark. From simple masala dosas
to uttappas, from schezwan dosas to mexi roll
dosas the menu seems endless. To add to it, Dosa
Plaza also owns credit for a absolutely delightful
varieties of Idlis and Vadas.
