experience in Hotel and Hospitality Management,
‘Round the Corner’ will soon be an address for not
just cuisine alone, for wholesome food, pleasure
and entertainment. A Division of First Venture
Hospitality Services, Round the Corner at Road No.
59, Jubilee Hills on the way to Hitec City is
distinctly different in its menu, uniforms,
crockery, cutlery and ambience in each of its
three restaurants--’Conversations", ‘Backwaters’
and ‘Home & Away’.
Conversations housed on the ground floor is
positioned as a hangout that offers ice cream bar
besides several mouthwatering delicacies. And this
chill-out zone serves mocktails, fresh fruits
juices, a range of teas, snacks like cold salad
wraps and of course, natural flavoured ice-creams
ranging from bell pepper to strawberry. The snack
menu is a unique attempt at fusion - like regular
potato wedges, crisply fried and then stir fried
in Chinese sauce. The Interiors are done up in
bright and bold colours to the best liking of its
young patrons.
Replicating God’s Own Country much to the delight
of its visitors is Backwaters, a speciality
restaurant serving authentic Kerala and Chettinad
delicacies. Located on the first floor, you will
find a miniature Kerala, in its cuisine, ambience
and what have you. With fabulous atmosphere and a
unique Kerala Experience the interiors exude
ethnic charm. The uniforms, seating are
traditional. Walls are decked up with old and
traditional objects, handicrafts, metal lamps
typical to Kerala’s unique culture and heritage.
While the menu promises a range of meen curries,
kozhambus, stews and appams, apart from Chettinad
biryani, shark fin, kai kari and other unusual
dishes. All these distinctive cuisines of Kerala
are very unusual and are different from the rest
of India. Cooking Kerala cuisines here is all
about discoveries . And offers several gastronomic
opportunities to those willing to experience the
local cuisine. It will be a welcome treat not only

Sharig first floor with Backwaters is ‘Home &
Away’, a multi-cuisine experience serving Indian,
Italian, Chinese, Continental and other varieties.
