‘Fit Challenge Contest’
Hyderabad, April,
2003: Trouser Town, a milestone in the fashion
arena of readymade trousers has announced the ‘Fit
Challenge Contest’ for their customers, to be held
in various Trouser Town Showrooms across the
country, during the month of April 2003. This
innovative contest has been designed to reinforce
Trouser Town’s core promise to their customers
that they are indeed the ‘Readymade Trouser
Expert’.
Whenever a customer buys trousers, it is often the
‘fit’ that is the most important factor when
deciding between a pair of trousers, rather than
the size or colour. Trousers are usually available
in different fits for each size. Studies have
shown that when customers choose a pair of
trousers they automatically want to see if the fit
suits them.The ‘Fit Challenge’ is the
proverbial gauntlet thrown down to challenge the
customer to not find the trouser that fits him
perfectly at the store.
Speaking on the Fit Challenge Contest, Ashita
Mandanna, Head, Trouser Town, said, The Trouser
Town Fit Challenge contest was inspired by the
fact that our showroom has a size and cut to suit
almost every figure. It is a rare occasion when we
are unable to give our customers the perfect pair
of trousers. The Fit Challenge Contest was
designed to give our customers a chance to
challenge our position as the ‘Readymade Trouser
Expert.’
If it so happens that the customer is unable to
find a pair of trousers to fit him during the ‘Fit
Challenge’, Trouser Town will give him a gift
voucher for Rs.200/-, which can be redeemed at the
store for the garment of his choice. Trouser Town
has a variety of trousers in over 15 sizes and
different fits like the trim fit, flat fronts,
cargos, drawstrings, jeans, formal trousers etc,
which are bound to cater to all their customer's
needs.
The ‘Fit Challenge’ will be held during the month
of April 2003 in Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore,
Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Vizag. Customers
can visit the Trouser Town Showroom in each city
to participate. If a participant is unable to find
a pair of trousers at the showroom to fit him, he
will be entitled to the gift voucher.
