The store is totally computerized with online billing & stock analysis. The aim of the store being, to cater to varied clientile, looking for gifts suitable for anyone from 6 to 60 years old. Walden is filled with all kinds of books, toys, stationery , gifts, cards, magazines and music. 

Several supportive services like a flower shop, direct mailing of greeting cards and personalized Greeting Cards have made Walden an Unique Shopping Mart. It has today become close to a landmark in the city and is known for marketing reliable and top class products. 
Walden has won several awards consistently as the best dealer award from several multi-national companies for the maximum turnover of their products. Major book distributors and UNICEF, Funskool, Leo Toys con- sider Walden as their prime dealer in the city. 
The store was one of the first of its kind in India, when set up and still is regarded as a trendsetter in several ways, including serving as an index to measure the shopping potential of the successful Indian Families. 

Walden services between 1000 to 2000 customers per day from all walks of life and has been visited by the top intellectuals and celebrities in India, several times over. 

The store is just 10 minutes from the Airport on the same road and is open Wednesdays through Mondays from 9 AM to 8.30 PM.
