CM greets Muslim brethren on the
occasion of Id- ul-Fitr

Hyderabad|India|October'2008:Chief Minister Dr.Y.S.Rajasekhara Reddy
extended his warm greetings and felicitations to all the Muslim brethren in the
state on the auspicious occasion of Id-ul-Fitr.
In a message,the Chief Minister said
that observation of Ramzan fasting is a pathway
towards purity of soul in a healthy body. The holy
month of Ramzan signifies the willpower of man to
attain self-control over his mind and body; and
stands a symbol of universal love, selfless
service and spiritual maturity in the mainstream
of life. The eternal values preached by Prophet
Mohammed are very much significant and relevant to
every generation since the times immemorial, the
Chief Minister added.
"We are committed to provide education for all
Muslim children, employment opportunities for all
those who pass out from the colleges and
vocational study centers. We will not rest until
we bring all the Muslim families, especially the
poorest of the poor on par with others. I wish the
Muslim brothers and sisters a happy and prosperous
id-ul-fitr. May Allah, the most beneficent and
merciful shower his blessings on them", the Chief
Minister said.
The Chief Minister hoped that the festival would
strengthen the bonds of love, compassion and
mutual understanding among the people, and bring
new cheer and prosperity in their lives.
