Participation is open for the people in the age group from 6 months to 60 years. 

Participation is divided into 4 categories viz. Category A - 6 months to 3 years, Category B - 4 years to 10 years, Category C - 11 years to 25 years, Category D - 26 years and above. Winners will be given prizes based on certain literary, cultural and sports competitions in different categories. Prominent Film personalities and important dignitaries shall add colour to the Programme, disclosed Project Chairman of the event Jc. Vijay Kumar Rudra
