My project is about "Networking of ICT volunteers for Bridging the
Digital Divide in India", which I am doing under the social organisation
InteractiveKarma, Ahmedabad.

Sir, in context of the above project I wanted to contact his excellency
Mr. Chandrababu Naidu. He being the only computer savvy CM of India I
wanted to know what are his government's plans towards the digital unite
of the have & havenots of information. What are the factors that he
would like to address, in the pursuit of reducing this gap. On a generic
view what are the priorities of Indian govt. in going ahead with such
plans in a country where around one-third of the population goes to bed
without food.
