2001. I heard cyprus is best in helping students to reach up to higher

requirements. Also i need some information i.e, is it best to do M-Tech

I graduated as an M.D.,1998,in Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS),Tehran,IRAN.I
have been awarded a scholarship by Iranian Ministry of Health and
MedicalEducation to continue my graduate education leading to the Ph.D.
in Sport Medicine. It includes all my expenses such as university fees,
cost of thesis preparation, round trip plane tickets, cost of
accommodation, tuition fee, etc. Due to Iranian Ministry of Health rules
and regulations, I can utilize my scholarship only if receive an
admission with the following framework:
1)The admission should be for Ph.D. program (M.Sc. transfer to Ph.D.).
2)The bursars should take the exams related to the above mentioned
courses
and should pass the courses successfully.
3)Ph.D. program should be treated after passing the M.Sc. courses.
4)The duration of Ph.D. program should be four years (full time).
The expenses regarding English learning course will also be paid by my
sponsor.
If you could kindly award me a formal Ph.D. program, admission with the
above requirements, I would be able to pursue my studies toward a Ph.D.
in Sport Medicine in that university. Therefore, I would be very
grateful if I could receive the admission.
