For this they needed the syllabus which we covered during my graduation.

This is to express concern about the safety of pilgrims at the Tirumala
Temple Queue complexes in the event of untoward incidents. At some
places the complex passages are so narrow and fenced on both sides that
the pilgrims are forced to pass through a "point of no-return". Even in
the case of unnatural happenings the danger exists. Security concerns
may therefore have to be tackled from two fronts:
(i) From threat perceptions, which requires that it is made mandatory
that no pilgrims are allowed to carry baggage of any type inside the
complex and that everyone passes through a metal detector at least at
two points, one of which should be at the entrance; ofcourse, backed up
with required number of sharp shooters.
(ii) In the event of unnatural happenings, like short circuiting and
accidental fires;
Here it is necessary to review the existence of passages and how to make
them safe. The problem, no doubt is complex, but it is hoped that being
one of the most progressive CM's in the country, you will kindly address
this problem in the interest of safety of pilgrims in the greatest
temple in the world. The services of experts in queue management and
security may be requisitioned for this purpose.
This problem has to be tackled immediately, the post-effects of such a
tragedy would be unimaginable.
