Detailing about the salient features of the IDP Learning Centre, Ms. Ahmad informed that it will offer a unique service which will be offered in partnership with leading Australian Educational institutions. It will offer short preparatory courses to students who are planning to sit for the IELTS Test(the International English Language Testing System). The content for these courses will be provided by the Australian Centre for Languages(ACL), a leader in English language teaching and e-learning resources and support services.

Speaking about students seeking IELTS from Hyderabad Ms. Sameena said, since IDP opened its Hyderabad centres in October 2003, we have conducted more than 1,600 IELTS tests, she informed. Further she stated that IPD has offered counselling, enrolment and advisory services to hundred of students from the state of Andhra Pradesh. Detailing about students choices and priorities, she informed that 88 per cent of students who visit IDP Hyderabad are interested in post graduate studies in Australia, with nearly half electing to study in Victoria in Australia.
