CPI Intellisoft creates course platform for career
seekers in Call Centre Industry
Hyderabad, June 2002: CPI Intellisoft India (p) Limited (CPI), pioneers
in training individuals and organisations to enhance their built–in
potential, announced the launch of Creating Call Centre Associates
(C3A) programme for individuals interested in pursuing a career in call centers.
Career seekers undergoing this course will be equipped with skill sets
required to make an entry into a call centre.

Individuals will be extensively trained in communication skills including
the all-important Voice and Accent Neutralization curriculum (VaNC),
business communication and social etiquette. Individuals will benefit from
the focus on customer service orientation, behavioral skills and other soft
skills like team building, presentation skills, assertiveness and body
language. Finally the individual will be taken through a preparation course
on successful selection process, which will aid him in confidently tackling
the interview stages.
Individuals will immensely benefit from the C3A programme as it is tailored
to suit the needs of a call centre industry in terms of skill sets and
ensures that familiarity and comfort levels of working conditions are
established as the environment is designed to simulate a live call centre
– from courseware, handling a call, call centre scripts, a/c classrooms to
the water dispensers. The world-class audio library with 16 booths and the
excellent faculty provide an ideal grooming ground.
The Creating Call Centre Associates (C3A) programme registration will
commence from 1st June for batches to be conducted at various times. The
course duration will be for 160hours.
