Alliance Meets Increasing Demand for Global Collaborative Product Commerce.

Satyam Computer Services Ltd. (NYSE:SAY), today announced an alliance with
the US-based MatrixOne, Inc. (NASDAQ:MONE ), the first in Intelligent
Collaborative Commerce. Under the scope of the alliance Satyam will offer
Collaborative Product Commerce (CPC) solutions that combine the MatrixOne®
Value Chain Portfolio of applications and the eMatrix net market platform
with Satyam's strategic consulting and solution implementation services.
