SDE Prameela Techno Park inaugurated

Hyderabad, July, 2004: SDE Prameela Techno Park is the first of its kind of Mega Software Complex in the private sector in Hyderabad with a build up area of 2,50,000 Sft with a capacity of 800 cars parking etc. The largest "Plug-and-Play" facility which is yet another milestone in Hyderabad’s race towards the digital future has been inaugurated in City at Kondapur on 31st July'04.

Disclosing this at a Press Conference held at Hotel Fortune Katriya, Mr. D. Suresh, Chairman of SDE Engineers Ltd informed that the facility is built with a project outlay of Rs 75 crore in a record time of 191 days from finish to completion including interiors. According to him, it will be termed as the portal to the future for top-of-the-league techno-operations in the city. It is a testimony on the expertise of SDE Engineers Ltd, informed Mr. Suresh. It has 2,50,000 sqft of uniquely planned space, 1,50,000 sqft of three level parking, 20,000 sqft cafeteria and 26,000 sqft area of dedicated state-of-the-art amenities. The technology park in the making in Cyberabad, it has all the state-of-the-art facilities which include Intelligent Building Management System to monitor all the equipments and its parameters is provided. It is equipped with imported Central Air Conditioning such as Screw Chillers designed to achieve 24 degrees +/- 1 degree.
