eLitmus Contracted to Employ Fresh Graduates by 53 top IT, BPO, Financial, Banking and Life Sciences Companies

Hyderabad, April' 05: In what is considered to be a coup of sorts in the Recruitment Business,
eLitmus, the freshman and junior recruitment solution provider, has been signed up by 53 of the most prolific recruiters in the IT, BPO and Life Sciences industries.

These companies include Dell Computers, GE, Caritor,eFunds, Ness Technologies (erstwhile Apar Infotech)Virtusa, ChemBiotek and several others, who are known to recruit in large numbers for entry level jobs.

In this unique recruitment model, candidates have the option of appearing at any of the 11 cities for an aptitude test (called pH Test). This forms one of the key selection criteria for recruiters, who then use the unique Rule Based Search Engine to seek talent.Unlike other companies, which are restricted to recruiting from just the campuses or cites in which they have a physical presence, eLitmus corporate clients have the benefit of reaching the brightest and best talent across India.

Candidates, on the other hand have the benefit of attending just one test. The pH test will be
conducted once every month in 11 cities including Hyderabad.

Candidates can also select the companies they wish to be considered for and track the status of their application online. This means the candidate will know whether s/he has been shortlisted, rejected or selected, in the comfort of their homes or nearby cyber cafes.

A candidate need not worry if the pH score is not upto the desired level. One has the option to take the test again and improve the score.
