Foundation Stone of Raheja’s new phase ‘Maximus’ in Mindspace IT Park

Reddy, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh has layed the foundation
stone for ‘Maximus. Being developed by K.Raheja Corp, Mumbai based renowned
property development, hospitality and retail group, at its ambitious
110-acre business ecosystem project Mindspace Hyderabad. Mindspace Hyderabad
is a joint venture project between the K.Raheja Corp and Andhra Pradesh
Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Ltd (APIIC).
‘Maximus’ with a total area of 8 lac sq. ft approx. shall be completed
within the next 12 months and shall
be host to more prestigious being added to Hyderabad and Mindspace.
Mindspace Hyderabad has set new benchmarks in creating a world-class
business environment for corporates from around the world. Its well-planned
layout includes ultra modern infrastructure for essential services including
telecom, power supply and security systems. There is also provision for
leisure activities like hotels, fitness, recreation and entertainment. Every

professionals with a potential to create more than 70,000 direct jobs by the
