Manohar (Madhavan) and family move into their new apartment on the 13th floor. The women of the house are hooked onto a new television serial `Sab Khairiat Hai. As the TV show unfolds, all the incidents that happen in the show start happening to Manohar and family. Things take a turn for the worse and shocking incidents start happening in the TV show… Will the same happen to Manohar and his family? Will Manohar be able to solve the mystery in time before it consumes him and his entire family?

The first half goes at a steady phase and it picks up very well in the 2nd half. Its Quite an intense movie. Its a good suspense thriller after a long time.P.C. Shreeram's camerawork is excellent. Steady performance from all the actors.

If u r tired of watching Ram Gopal Vermas kind of Horror films, this one would indeed be quite different experience.The story just gets on to you.Go Chill yourself this summer!!
