Hyderabad|India: ADP Private Limited, a subsidiary of ADP Inc., celebrated its 13th Company day marking the completion of 13 successful years of its operation in India. Over 4000 associates came together at Hyderabad International Convention Center (HICC), Hyderabad on Sunday July 29, 2012 to rejoice and strengthen their bonding with each other which has flourished over a decade.

ADP Private Limited which started its operation way back in 1999 in Hyderabad, India with 102 associates has grown consistently over the years and constantly delivered high quality work, there by contributing significantly to the global business. The organization currently has more than 6500 associates across Hyderabad and Pune, working on various activities involving Product Development, RIM, BPO and Global Security services.

Company day has been a regular celebration by ADP that signifies the completion of a year and welcomes another eventful year. Every New Year begins with a theme that lasts for the complete year. This Company Day, the company has chosen ICON (Innovation Comes On Naturally) as the theme for its 13th year of operations in India.

This year marked the completion of 13 years and the celebrations started a few days back with a teaser poster campaign on ADP Core Values and several team based activities where associates were formed into 7 different teams based on the ADP values. These activities brought out the essence of team spirit & the Power of ONE with an underlying theme of Innovation. The pre-event celebrations were a run-up to the grand finale, The Company Day on Sunday 29th July, 2012.

As an ADP Private Limited tradition, the 13th Company Day was inaugurated by the newest member of the ADP family. Every year, associates are given a chance to bring out the creativity in them by building “stalls” to showcase their project. This year saw some delightfully original concepts displaying the various projects and processes within ADP and
their workflow. The next two hours was filled with a lot of energy and enthusiasm with the Project Showcasing activities. Elaborate spread of Hors d'oeuvres during Hi-Tea was served to keep the ADPeers energized for the fun-filled evening. The evening was made even more exciting with the organizational updates by Mr. Shakti Sagar, a lot of in-house performances by our talented associates & awards for excellence. Teams throughout ADP compete with each other against a set of parameters and a specially appointed jury decides the teams who are par excellence. Special awards called i2 are given out for best innovations, recognition for ADP sports members, CSR awards & awards for most valuable referrals are also given on this occasion.

On the occasion, Mr. Shakti Sagar, Managing Director, ADP Private Limited addressed the associates informing them of the company’s future map “Company Day is a special day for us to rejoice our achievements throughout the year. Every ADPeer feels a sense of pride on being a part of ADP’s successful stint in India of over a decade. At ADP, we look at each year as a fresh opportunity for achieving more success and aspire to conquer larger coup. This year, we will focus on enhancing the ability to innovate within each one of us.”

The highlight of the evening was a specially choreographed UV Lights performance by our ADP associates which created a mesmerizing atmosphere and left the audience awe-struck. Astounding performances by RAVE- internal rock band of ADP & one of a kind Fashion Show Musical by the kids of ADP’s CSR initiative MIDAS (Making an Impactful Difference at Schools) created an upbeat atmosphere and kept the mood alive. The enthralling and engrossing evening concluded with equally captivating and delightful dinner.
