Driven by the buoyant market trends in the Beauty, Salon and clinical
services domain, Anoo’s – South India’s premier beauty care brand – has
announced plans to increase the number of centers in South India to 16 by
2010 . Anoo’s will take the franchise route for its expansion plans and is
looking for franchising partners to create a national footprint.
Currently Anoo’s has its presence in Hyderabad
[Somajiguda, Kukatpally, Secunderabad,
Dilshuknagar (Kothapet), Himayatnagar], Vijaywada,
Hanumakonda (Warangal), Rajahmundry, Vizag,
Chennai and Bangalore.
An announcement to this effect is being shared after the launch of
Anoo’s 11th center in South India. The new center, at Dilshuknagar in
Hyderabad was inaugurated by its brand ambassador, Sayali Bhagat , Actress
and Former Miss India-World on the 29th of April 2009. Also present on the
occasion were Ms. Anuradha, Director, Anoo’s and special invitees.
The opening of the center is part of Anoo’s aggressive rollout in South
India. The company plans to expand in 3 phases. In the 1st phase,
expansion will be targeted at Tier III centers within A.P. like Tirupathi,
Guntur and Karimnagar. The 2ndphase will see the Company expanding its
presence in Tamilnadu and Karnataka. The 3rd and final phase will see
Anoo’s reaching out to customers present in Kerala. Earmarking an
investment of Rs. 10 Crore towards this venture, the company expects
revenue of approximately Rs. 25 Crore in the next 12 months.
Speaking on the occasion, Ms. Anuradha Ch, Director, Anoo’s,
said “We are extremely pleased to announce the opening of our new
center at Dilshuknagar. Anoo’s distinct offering has been well received in
the city. This has prompted us to increase the pace of our proposed
rollout in the region so that we will be able to reach out to customers
wherever they may be. We are looking at franchisees as part of our
expansion plan. The suburban metropolis is seeing a boom in demand for
professional beauty and clinical care. We have thus increased our foray
through this model”
At Anoo’s, the clinical services for both men and women comprises of
weight management programmes with focus on slimming, spot reduction, body
shaping. The hair removal treatment which offers a combination of
electrolysis & laser for unwanted hair reduction is a service provided
only at Anoo’s. Also available is the skin care treatments, which includes
advanced facials, micro-dermabration, acne cure, body polishing, wart and
tags removal, scar and wrinkle reduction. Laser hair regrowth for people
with stressed and damaged hair is another unique feature in the clinical
section.
The salon service at Anoo’s adds to the overall experience by offering
a wide array of International beauty treatments. Services include
hair-cutting, colouring and styling, make up, make overs, facials, nail
art amongst many others.
In addition, the Spa treatment at Anoo’s is designed at reaching out to
specific individual needs like stress reliever, relaxation, fatigue etc.
Supported and managed by a dedicated and experienced team of therapists
every client is encouraged to meet with one of their therapy experts,
which will assist in allowing them to create a personalized therapy
programme for every individual.
Anoo’s herbal products like henna, hair care and hair oil and face
packs in the skin care segment are marketed in India and the USA
currently. All Anoo's products have been tested and approved by Department
of Ayurvedic Medicine, India.
