Hyderabad|India|August'2009: Broadridge Financial Solutions (India) Private Limited, a company that believes in developing a strong and healthy work culture for its associates, organized a Puppet workshop for its associates and their families as a part of its associate centric initiatives. The Puppet making workshop was organized at Broadridge premises – Mid Town.

Broadridge India has been conducting several workshops and new programs to encourage the soft skills in its employees and strengthen the bond with their families. In the past, Broadridge had organized series of workshop like Crystal Painting, Pot & Diya painting and Chocolate making. The art of puppet making was conducted by Nori Art and Puppetry center (NAPC), Hyderabad based voluntary organization. More than 150 employees and their family members participated where they explored their creativity learning various aspects of paper cutting, tailoring, story telling, stage set up in puppetry.

Commenting on the occasion, Mr. V Laxmikanth, the Managing Director of Broadridge India, said, “Broadridge India has always focused on the all round development of its associates and developing a relationship with their families. We have been organizing series of activities which are in line with the idea of encouraging Creativity at Work. The Puppet workshop is an interesting way of doing so, as it involves creativity and entertainment and helps the person in self-expression.”
