AP govt sponsoring journey of the parents of Mir Kazim Ali Khan of Hyderabad to go to Australia

Hyderabad|India|June'2009: Andhra Pradesh Government is sponsoring the journey of the parents of Mir Kazim Ali Khan of Hyderabad to go to Australia, to stay with him for some time and also bring him back to Hyderabad if they wanted. The Chief Minister Dr.Y.S.Rajasekhara Reddy has given his consent to this effect. He also assured to provide any further help to the family of Mr. Kazim Ali in this regard.

Mir Kazim Ali Khan is a victim of recent attacks on Indian students in Australia. Since his father is old and unable to travel, his mother and brother are going to Australia tomorrow to meet Mr. Kazim. The State Government has also arranged for Tatkal passport to his mother in this regard. The State Government is willing to provide him treatment and meet his medical expenses at Hyderabad, depending on the health condition of Mr. Kazim Ali.

It may be recalled that Mr. Asaduddin Owaisi, MP has earlier represented to the Chief Minister to help the parents of Mr.Kazim to reach Australia.
