Festival from December 24, 2008 to January 2, 2009. In the season of

Duck and Turkey delicacies that master chefs prepare at Mainland China.
The duck, an epicurean favourite, is treated with imported herbs, wines,
spices, stuffing, garnishings to give it that mouthwatering twist. The
Chinese always had a weakness for the tender duck and turkey meat and have
the best recipes to bring out the juiciness and flavours of the winter
fowl.
Roasting, stuffing, frying, no stone is left unturned to make it an
unforgettable feast. Roasted with sweet wild chillies, the duck releases a
smokey sizzle in the Roast Duck with Mountain Chillies, better downed with
a swig of the red, red wine. Braised Duck with Shitake Mushrooms and
Bamboo Shoot has a crispy exterior but carve it up and you are instantly
filled with the fragrance of tender bamboo shoot. Braised Noodles with
Duck in Xo Chilli Sauce is a celebratory Shanghai delicacy and an integral
part of great festival feasts there, and to tantalize your taste buds try
the Roast Turkey with Pepper Garlic Sauce. One mouthful of the crispy,
sweet and salty noodle, alternated with luscious meat and you will know
why!
Turkey is the taste of the season all right; as the Roast Turkey in Chilli
Butter Oyster Sauce likes to state. The balance of hot and sweet flavours,
crispy on the outside and tender juiciness spilling out from within,

Fried Rice on the menu with Roast Turkey and Pickled Chilli drive the
