NE Technologies India to open new Telecommunications Software Development and Testing facility at Hyderabad with an investment of Rs 25 crore

Hyderabad|India|August'2010: NE Technologies ( India ) Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of NE Technologies Inc, USA is set to open a first of its kind of hi-end telecommunications optical network equipment development and testing facility in the state of Andhra Pradesh at Tolichowki in Hyderabad .

Mr. Tom Stanton CEO and Chairman of the Board of ADTRAN Inc, a leading global provider of networking and communications equipment will be visiting Hyderabad to inaugurate the new facility on Monday, 23rd August.

Giving details about the facility, Mr. Vish Emani - Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, said the new facility with a floor space of 20000sqft is built to accommodate one hundred fifty resource personnel with network equipment laboratory space of 2500 sq ft. This is our second state-of-the-art R&D Facility in India (the first one was established in Goa in 2005). It is being set up with an investment of Rs 25 crores.

The two offices in India , Hyderabad and Goa , NE Tech ( India ) Pvt Ltd are fully qualified for Telecommunications software development. They are used for augmenting development, testing and delivery teams for clients in North America and Europe and NE Technologies Inc and its subsidiaries worldwide.

Presently we have resource base of 70 people working at our city office in Road No 9. With the addition of the new office, we expect to expand our presence in Hyderabad and grow to a significant size in the next 3 years.
