trains, lines and projects for AP

Following are the new trains, lines and projects for AP:
1.
Integrated Suburban Railway Networks :
Strengthen the suburban system of Hyderabad-Secunderabad
by implementing six projects under MMTS
Phase-II.
2.
All
the socially desirable projects which have been
surveyed recently, will be included in the 12th
Plan and financed through the proposed Pradhan
Mantri Rail Vikas Yojana.
3.
New
Train Services :
a. Duronto trains
Secunderabad-
Visakhapatnam AC Duronto (Tri-weekly)
and
Shatabdi Express (Pune – Secunderabad)
b.
Express trains
1.
Tirupati-Amravati Express (bi-weekly) via
Akola,Nizamabad, Gooty,Dharmavaram
2.
Visakhapatnam- Koraput
Intercity Express (5 days a week) via
Vizianagram
3.
Howrah-Secunderabad Express(weekly) via Kharagpur
4. Hyderabad-
Darbhanga Express (weekly) via
Muri-Jharsuguda-Nagpur
5. Howrah –
Tirupati Express (weekly)
6. Narsapur-
Nagarsol Express(bi-weekly) via Secunderabad,
Nizamabad

Digha-Visakhapatnam Express(weekly)

additional services on Falaknuma – Lingampalli,
Lingampalli – Hyderabad, and Hyderabad –Falaknuma
