Medical Devices Limited and 2 Spring BV Netherland announce the Signing of a
European Representation agreement for Relisys OEM products

Devices Limited (RMDL), India based integrated medical device manufacturer
headquartered at Hyderabad, has successfully closed an Exclusive European
Representation agreement with the Netherland based 2 Spring BV. RMDL has
given exclusive representative rights for its wide range of OEM products
covering coronary stents, peripheral stents, PTCA catheters, SDS, Guide
catheters, Dx catheters, Intracranial micro catheters, neurology
catheters, nephrology catheters, semi finished components and complex
medical tubing’s including multiple lumen tubing’s, braided tubing’s and
catheter tubing’s, balloon tubing’s to 2 spring, who are the leading
service provider to the medical device companies in Europe. The
Representation of Relisys products would enable 2 springs to exploit the
European OEM market in the finished devices, semi finished devices and
tubings to its existing customers and medical device industry in whole of
Europe.
Dr. Krishna Reddy, Chairman of Relisys Medical Devices Limited announcing
the agreement said, "The agreement is the first step in a strategic
international marketing collaboration with Europe’s leading OEM partner.
Relisys will enforce the collaboration with 2 Springs that enables us not
only to exploit our finished devices but also take up contract manufacture
as per the customer’s designs. The partnership with 2 spring will help us
to integrate the manufacturing capabilities of Relisys to provide high
quality manufacturing services for integrated solutions and get access to
Europe with Relisys’ highly innovative products pipeline."

Mr. Badari Narayan, Managing Director of Relisys Medical Devices says "We

approvals like USFDA, CE certification. Dr. Ramakrishna Rao, Director
operations commented: With the completion of the first phase of the
project which included creating a world class manufacturing facility and
R&D centre, the company is now concentrating on international regulatory
approvals and international launch. Mr. GVV. Sarma, Director Marketing
says, "The signing of the OEM European Marketing agreement adds to the
recent agreement the company for marketing its finished branded products
in Brazil, Turkey. He said the company is in negotiations with prospective
distributors in US.
Relisys Medical’s stent manufacturing division was formally inaugurated by
His Excellency Dr. APJ. Abdul Kalam in June 2007 and the catheter division
went on stream in December 2008.
