Hyderabad|India|August'2009: The Square at Novotel Hyderabad is
hosting Rajdhani Food Festival featuring lip smacking delicacies from old
Delhi till Aug 16th to signify the spirit of Independence Day
celebrations.
“We aim to recreate the magic of Parathewali Gali and Chandni Chowk in the
heartland of Hitec City. The cuisine of Delhi is a confluence of Mughlai,
Punjabi and the best of street side fares. We have roped in chefs from
Bangla Sweets, best known for their chaats to help us spin the same charm
of Delhi,” says Shyam Sundar, Executive Chef, Novotel Hyderabad.
Rajdhani Food Festival at Novotel Hyderabad will include chaat section
consisting of popular dishes like dahi papdi, samosa chaat, ragda pattie,
aloo green pea tikki chaat, gol-gappa, tawa aloo chaat and all time
favorite beverages like lassi and panna. The kebab selection will include
shammi kebab, seekh kebab, boti kebab, murg malai kebab, tandoori chicken
kebab, kalmi kabab, mahi tikka kebab, mahi sheekh kabab, tilwale jhinga,
etc. The main course selection includes mughlai chicken pulao, murg
noorjehani, murg kali mirch, malai kofta, navaratan korma, shahjahani murg
masala, shahi chicken korma, shahi kaju aloo and shahi rogan josh, murgh
mussallam. Added to the above selection is the elaborate buffet which
includes assortment of salads, soups, main course selection from Indian
cuisine and delectable desserts. The fare is specially included in the
Saturday Night Buffet and The Sunday Brunch at The Square
