village huts) – is built in the vernacular style of Central India,
affectionately known as ‘MP Chic’ (MP being the state of Madhya Pradesh).
Each is accessed through private courtyards with shaded seating and
traditional mud floors.
Mahua Kothi will provide guests with a host of distinctive dining
experiences from bullock cart breakfast in the baghiya (traditional
garden) to picnic lunches under the Mahua tree and from chowki roof
dinners under a star strewn sky to moonlit dancing at the lake. Guests can

absorb the sights and sounds of a traditional MP village.
Banjaar Tola at Kanha National Park:
Over the years a number of lodges have opened, but Banjaar Tola’s
location near the southern gate means that guests can enjoy quick access
into the park. Banjaar Tola consists of two elegant camps each containing
nine tented suites. The lightweight ensuite tents have been designed in a
contemporary style using locally sourced sustainable materials. Each suite
will feature its own intimate private deck overlooking the river plus a
discreetly positioned swimming pool.
Pashan Garh at Panna National Park:
In complete contrast to Banjaar Tola, Pashan Garh will comprise a
cluster of 12 private stone cottages huddled atop a small hill, each with
magnificent views over the forest and nearby water hole, which has been
host to numerous predators and resident antelope sightings.
Pashan Garh makes a well deserved retreat from the hustle and bustle of
city life, and the temples of Khajuraho are a quick day trip away.
Baghvan at Pench National Park:
The Lodge is located on the border of the Pench National Park,
which received international recognition with Rudyard Kipling’s classic
tale – The Jungle Book.
The national park is renowned for tiger, leopard, dhol (Indian Wild
Dog), wolf, hyena, jackal, jungle cat, chital, sambhar, muntjac, gaur,
wild boar, langur and rhesus macaques sightings.
Baghvan is conveniently situated near major airports – Nagpur (90 km)
and Jabalpur (192 km). With hues of copper and pale turquoise, each of the
12 charming individual suites has a contemporary bungalow feel with a
retro 50’s ambience.
Baghvan will provide guests with a host of distinctive dining
experiences including in-room breakfasts on cool private verandas, pool
lunches on a shaded deck, dinner for two served on the deck overlooking
the nullah or on the Machan, sunset cocktails under the Banyan tree and
picnics at Khoka Lake.
