Announcing the launch of its new program J.A. Chowdary, co-founder and
Executive Chairman at TalentSprint said “We are building a novel
experiential learning model along the lines of teaching hospitals, where
learning industry practices and working on real-life problems go
hand-in-hand. Our flagship program in Software Testing has received great
response from the IT industry and is growing at a rapid pace. More than
300 Test Professionals have gone through this program and joined the
industry.”
Explaining the rationale for the ASEP program Santanu Paul, co-founder and

access these opportunities through fast track interventions. Our corporate
partners have also encouraged us to continuously expand the inventory of
ready-to-deploy software programmers and help slash their costs of
recruitment and induction training. We are confident corporations can
accelerate their productivity and time-to-billing by as much as 75% by
participating in the TalentSprint consortium.”
To facilitate the expansion, two industry veterans, P. Asokan and Ashwin
Palaparthi, have joined the leadership team of TalentSprint and will lead
strategic programs. Their vast experience in the field of employability
and experiential learning will allow the company to implement innovative
methods for recruitment and learning process outsourcing that will benefit
corporate partners.
The programs are being conducted at the new premises of TalentSprint
within the IIIT Campus at Hyderabad. Fresh engineering graduates with
