Chef Ashis of Ista Hyderabad demonstrates his culinary skills at UpperCrust Food & Wine Show’

Chef Ashis Rout from Ista gave a Live Demo of some exotic Italian dishes which is also his forte. Chef Ashis who joined IHHR in March 2006 has an experience of working in various outlets of Hyatt regency hotel Kolkata. Ashis gained vast working Knowledge in both western and Asian kitchen. His specialty is Italian Cuisine and works with great enthusiasm in both Indian and Asian side. Ashis is not only a good chef but also an excellent trainer. Ashis understands the business very well and is up dated with the HACCP system required in the kitchens to ensure safe food for Ista guests, clean and hygienic working conditions for the team members. He has played very important role to set up these standards at Ista Hyderabad and has developed a very effective way to monitor it on day to day basis.
