PGDM in Business Economics, a unique course one of

PGDM in Business Economics – a unique course module which is one of its
kinds in the country, not offered by private institutions as such.
The PGDM – Business Economics program has been designed keeping in mind
the global economic situation and its challenges, with an aim to create
next generation business-leaders capable of impacting the dynamic business
scenario and contribute towards making the eco-system healthier. PGDM –
Business Economics at VJIM is a two years long program.

The admissions are done on the basis of ranks in ATMA/CAT/MAT/XAT/ICET,
followed by Group Discussions and Personal Interview. Apart from the
marks, weightage is given to other skill-sets like analytical reasoning,
decision making skills, problem-solving attitude, creativity,
communication of the student. The courses are conducted as per the
guidelines of All India Council or Technical Education (AICTE). A student
needs to have a recognized Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with
minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Candidates in the final year of
graduation may also apply subject to furnishing proof of graduation with
minimum 50% marks.
Selection process is based on a Evaluation system giving weightages as
S.S.C : 5%; Inter : 10%; Graduation : 20%; Work Experience : 5%; Test
Score : 30%
Group Discussion : 10%; Panel Interview : 20%.
