Hyderabad|India|October'2010: India ’s number one dealer for Bajaj three-wheelers, Hyderabad-based Abhinandan Motors P. Ltd. (AMPL) with its head office at Towlichowki launched Bajaj Two-Wheeler showroom here at Alampalli Road, Vikarabad today. The showroom was inaugurated by Mr. Sadananda Swamy, Regional Manager (Two Wheeler Sales – AP), Bajaj Auto Ltd. Mr. L. Sampath Kumar, Regional Manager (Two Wheeler Service – AP), Bajaj Auto Ltd. inaugurated the Service part at the showroom.
Also present on the occasion were Mr. Rohit Kothari, MD and Mr. Manoj Kothari, Executive Director of AMPL. The showroom at Vikarabad is the first Authorized Dealer Branch in the Ranga Reddy District.

Speaking to Media on the occasion at Abhinandan Bajaj showroom, Vikarabad, Mr. Sadananda Swamy, Regional Manager (Two Wheeler Sales – AP), Bajaj Auto Ltd. said that the new showroom is one of the best Two-Wheeler showroom in Vikarabad offering 3S facilities i.e. Sales, Service and Spares under one roof. He informed that the Vikarabad branch will be the hub for the entire Ranga Reddy District and will supply to branches such as Moinabad, Chevella, Darur, etc and other Bajaj Two-wheeler showrooms. Bajaj Auto is to open more showrooms in areas such as Parigi, Gachibowli, etc. very soon.

Mr. Sadananda Swamy informed that Bajaj Auto had clocked monthly sales of 3,52,769 units all over India in September 2010, a 26 per cent jump over the same month last year. The company's total sales in September 2009 stood at 2,80,916 units. Bajaj Auto's motor-cycles sales in September witnessed a 26 per cent increase at 3,14,515 units, compared to 2,49,133 units in the year ago-period. The company has sold the highest number of its Pulsar and Discover bikes last month, he added.

The company's three-wheeler sales in September 2010 stood at 38,254 units, up 23 per cent over 31,121 units of the same month in 2009. This would not have been possible with the support of our dealers like Abhinandan Motors. Seeing there performance in the three-wheeler segment, we are sure that Abhinandan Motors will be the number one dealer for two-wheelers too in a short time, Mr. Swamy said. Even though Bajaj has a backlog of pending orders for motorcycles, as an inaugural offer, accessories worth Rs.800/- are being offered free for this festive season, he added.

Mr. L. Sampath Kumar, Regional Manager (Two Wheeler Service – AP), Bajaj Auto Ltd. said that the showroom is equipped with the latest and most sophisticated equipments to serve the customer better. He said that there are a lot of good finance options from Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd. and urged customers to avail the same. He said that BAFL is perhaps the only company India in finance sector with a 99 per cent rate of approvals and disbursement of loans.

Mr. Rohit Kothari, Managing Director – AMPL said that Bajaj Auto has appointed them dealers for the Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy District and very shortly they will open their Two-wheeler showrooms in Parigi, Moinabad, Chevella, Gachibowli, etc. Two wheelers such as Pulsar 220 DTS-i, Pulsar 180 DTS-i, Pulsar 150 DTS-i, Pulsar 135 DTS-i; Discover 150 CC, Discover 100 CC - kick start and electric start models; Platina 100 CC will be available at the new showroom.
