Hyderabad's CII-Sohrabji Godrej Green Business Centre features in the
first-of-its-kind collectors’ edition, ‘Golden Hands’, which features 30
contemporary works of 15 Indian architects. Mr. Karan Grover also features
in the select group of architects chosen from across India. In a
pioneering effort, this commemorative coffee table book heralding the
‘Power of Architecture’ has been conceptualised and created by White Flag
Media & Communications Ltd., an autonomous wholly owned subsidiary of the
well-diversified Sejal Group.
CII-Sohrabji Godrej Green Business Centre is the “Centre of Excellence” of
the Confederation of Indian Industry for energy efficiency, green
buildings, renewable energy, water, environment & recycling and climate
change activities in India. The Centre is a joint initiative of the
Government of Andhra Pradesh, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and
the House of Godrej with the technical support of USAID – a unique model
of a successful public-private partnership. This institute of quality was
awarded the Indian Institute if Architects (IIA) – Snowcem Award for the
outstanding Public Building of the year in 1997.
