Corpus Media Labs acquires PQ Engineering, Inc

~ Expanding Hyderabad center~

Hyderabad|India|April'2010: Corpus Media Labs, a Hyderabad based media solutions arm of Corpus group of companies has announced the acquisition of Denver, CO based company PQ Engineering, Inc (PQE) in a part cash and part stock deal. The deal is expected to bring an additional USD 4 million dollars in revenue in 2010 delivered from Hyderabad as well as Denver in an onsite offshore model. This would be the third successive acquisition by Corpus after its acquisition of Recreate Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a Mumbai based new media services company and Retreon Inc., a Denver based Cable and satellite focused company.

PQE was founded by Ray Roybal and his team in 2008 with primary focus on cable and satellite with competencies in Test, System Integration and Customer Support.

Corpus Media Labs is a subsidiary of Corpus Group of Companies with competencies in interactivity, application development and media solutions. Mr. Sachin Tummala, Group Chairman, Corpus Group of Companies commented, “The combined forces of both the companies will allow expanding our expertise both in India as well as in US providing our cable and satellite customers with a broad range of solutions in the fields of Systems Integration, Application development as well as consulting.”

Ray Roybal will be the Executive Vice President of Americas and will be in charge of the cable and satellite business unit based out of Denver, CO. Charles Little, formally Vice President of Conax North America will lead the Sales effort as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Cable & Satellite division.
