Nikita Narayan Crowned Dabur Gulabari Miss Fresh Face of Hyderabad 2009; Anisha Dhiman & Rikee Chatterjee Are First & Second Runners Up; Nikita Bags One-Year Modeling Contract With Dabur Gulabari; Over 4000 entries received from Across Hyderabad

Hyderabad|India|March'2009: Dabur India Limited, India’s leading natural healthcare company, today held the Grand Finale of its highly successful mega model hunt in Hyderabad -- ‘Dabur Gulabari Miss Fresh Face of Hyderabad 2009. Ms XYZ was crowned the Dabur Gulabari Miss Fresh Face Of Hyderabad from among the 20 finalists at a glittering ceremony organized here today. Besides the coveted crown, Ms Nikita took home a One-Year modeling contract with Dabur Gulabari and a cash prize of Rs 50,000.

Ms Anisha Dhiman was adjudged the First Runner Up, while Ms Rikee Chatterjee was the Second Runner Up at the contest, which saw over 4,000 girls from across Andhra Pradesh filing their nominations. They also bagged a cash prize of Rs 30,000 and Rs 20,000 respectively. The independent jury for the Grand Finale included former Miss India Sindura, popular actor Ejaaz Khan, and renowned choreographer Shravan.

Celebrity Sindu Menon and well known Tollywood actor Bharath Reddy were chief guests at the Grand Finale of Dabur Gulabari Miss Fresh Face Of Hyderabad 2009 contest.

“We are thrilled with the response the contest evoked as over 4,000 nominations were received from across the state. From among the entries received, around 200 girls were shortlisted to appear for the auditions held on February 28th. After extensive screening and an audition, an independent jury shortlisted the 20 finalists for the Grand Finale. The crowd supported the girls throughout the contest with continuous cheering for their favorite contestant.

“This initiative was also an unique way of spreading awareness among the beauty conscious women of Hyderabad, especially the young college-going girls. Hence, we had also organized 4-day grooming session for the finalists in Hyderabad to educate them on various aspects of beauty care, ramp walking & grooming,” Ms Asher said.
