Hyderabad International Airport Limited (GHIAL)and the Rajiv Gandhi
International Airport an ISO 27001:2005 (Information Security Management
System) certification. This is the highest certification from BSI for

implement the various security processes and procedures which enabled
GHIAL to get the requisite certification.
Speaking on this occasion Mr. P.S.Nair, Chief Executive Officer of GHIAL
said, “We are the first airport in India to get the ISO 27001
certification. The certification shows that GHIAL is complying with Global
Information Security standards and is committed to ensure that the
airport's security is top notch. With the ISMS (Information Security
Management System) implementation the airport security has increased
significantly. It also shows a high degree of maturity of GHIAL's IT
organization.”

constant endeavour is to promote application of the best technologies of
information business and its protection, so as to create trust amongst our
