SCAMMER COUPLE & ASSOCIATES ARRESTED

North Zone Team of C C S. Hyd . arrested the accused couple 1) Smt. Kanchan
Juneja @ Nida Mushtaq @ Rinku W/o Mohd. Mushtaq, R/o Kavadiguda,Sec’bad 2) Mohd.
Mushtaq S/o Mohd Ashwaq R/o Namalgundu, Chilkalguda, Sec-bad. and 3) B. Vamshi
Krishna S/o B. Naga Mohan, R/o Sainikpuri, Sec’bad. The arrested accused
alongwith those absconding Ayesha @ Miss Joydunn self styled Project Director of
Spherion Co., (US) conspired together and cajoled the (Victim) complainant to
establish “CORIOLIS STAFFING SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ” at Begumpet by
investing huge amount to the tune of Rs. 40 lakhs by promising to get the
vendorship from Spherion company (US) and thereby procuring IT Business which
would fetch handsome returns.
The office was setup in the month of Oct-07 in a posh building in Begumpet on a
rent of Rs. 50,000/ per month and Rs. 3 lakhs as advance . About Rs. 20 Lakhs
was spent by the complainant for the furniture and computer systems, and they
have drawn huge salaries without getting vendorship or returns. The accused
Kanchan designated herself as CEO of the company and claimed salary of Rs.
40.000/ per month. A-2 Mohd. Mushtaq designated as Associate vice President and
claimed salary of Rs. 60,000/ per month, A-1 and A-2 with the guidance of A-4
Vamshi Krishna an IT expert convinced the complainant by assuring him of good
returns and made the complainant to invest additional expenditure of Rs.
85,000/- for acquiring PROVEIT software package from Spherion Co., The accused
A-1 and A-2 also appointed employees viz. Najeeb, Mohan Kumar, Sampath, and
Hamid as office staff who were paid a salary of Rs, 10,000/ each.
When the complainant pressurized the A-1 and A-2 for the vendorship and returns
which were not materialised even after a year of establishment of the company,
A-1 and A-2 hatched a plan and made Ayesha the wife of A-2 Mohd. Mushtaq to
speak as Miss.Joydunn in native American accent from U.S. with the complainant
to convince and assure the complainant of getting the vendorship as well as
establishment expenses of 2, 30,000 U.S Dollars very shortly. Later on when the
complainant pressurized for the vendorship, the accused A-1 and A-2 stopped
going to the office and absconded .
The arrested accused along with the seized property i.e. a Santro Car, one Lap
Top, and cell phones are being sent to the Hon’ble Court for Judicial Remand.
The case is investigated by A.E. Benjamin, Inspector of Police, and staff of
North Zone Team, CCS, DD, Hyd.
