Hyderabad|India|August'2009: Ista Hyderabad hosted “Desi… Dil Se”, a one of its kind Indian village theme party organized by a 5 star hotel in Hyderabad .

Ista Hyderabad organized the party to thank all the key corporates from the city for their support and cooperation all through the year. Istana-the banquet at Ista Hyderabad had been perfectly decked up for the occasion with an ambience akin to that of an Indian Village fair.

Desi…Dil Se, as the name suggests, brought a great mix of Dhabe ka Maza in the ambience, Desi Khana, Halwa and Jalwa for all the guests. Over 200 corporate representatives from all the top organizations of the city came together to be a part of the fun filled evening at Ista. With the hosts dressed up in traditional Kurta - Pyajamas, the venue was litted with mashals and lanterns creating the typical countryside ambience. Guests were welcomed at the entrance by a traditional folk singer and a 'kachi gowdhi' dancer.

The party started with the Game Jockey setting up the mood for the guests followed by the latest bollywood numbers from the dance troupe. To add to the village fair feel interactive artists like parrot jyotishi, magician, bangle maker etc were called. The traditional Indian food preparations were the highlight of the festival. Separate live stations for Aloo Kachori, Chaat, Chole Batura, & Tawa and a special Indian bread and pickle bar & were organized specially for the guests to pamper their taste buds. The guests had a huge variety of delectable Indian cuisines including sweet dishes like jalebis, Rabri and Malpuas to indulge into.

To keep the pulse of the party high, DJ and dance floor was set up and all the guests were dancing and enjoying themselves with the tunes of disco. It was a wonderful and memorable evening for all the guests.
