2012’ Rocks Three Ascendas IT Parks
The 8th annual
mega talent show Livewire 2012 was celebrated at The V, an Ascendas IT
Park, involving over 10,000 IT professionals.
Livewire is the biggest talent fiesta at Ascendas IT Parks, blending
intellect, grace and creative flair.About 1500 employees registered for
participating in the talent race this year, and were screened in a
month-long audition process in which 150 employees were shortlisted for
the grand finale.
The audience witnessed electrifying and entertaining performances in
various categories such as dance, skits, song, fashion-show, rock-show and
short-film-making at the event.
Mr. Lee Fu Nyap, Assistant CEO, Ascendas India, said, “Livewire has been
entertaining our Parkites for 8 consecutive years and has become an
excellent platform for our Parkites to showcase their talents. The event
is reaching stellar heights with each passing year, and we thank all
participants, clients, sponsors and the media for their continued support
in making Livewire one of the most successful events for IT professionals
in the city.”
Ascendas frequently engages its IT client community in activities to
reiterate ‘work-live-play’ environment. With the Go Green Month organized
at Ascendas last month, followed by Livewire 2012, it is evident that
these events generate enthusiastic participation amongst employees in its
three IT Parks, spread over 2.6 million sq. ft. in Hyderabad.
The V celebrated the event on 15th June 2012. CyberPearl and aVance
Business Hub will be celebrating Livewire on 22nd June 2012.
