CM congratulates Padma Shri Award Winners from AP

Hyderabad|India|January'2010: The Chief Minister K Rosaiah congratulated the Padma award winners from the State. The Chief Minister said the celebrities who won the awards done pride not only for themselves but for the State too. Mr Rosaiah said Mr Pratap Reddy, Chairman of Apollo Hospitals (forTrade & Industry) and former RBI Governor Y Venugopala Reddy for getting Padma Vibhushan for Public Affairs. Nookala China Satyanarayana (Karnatak Music exponent for Arts) for getting Padma Bhushan. Alluri Venkata Satyanarayana Raju (Trade & Industry), Dr Sobha Raj (singer for Arts), Saina Nehwal (ace badminton player) for Sports and Dr. Vijaya Prasad Dimri (Science & Engineering) for getting Padma Shri.

He said each one of them are most popular in their own fields and revered in the State. The Chief Minister wished them all the best in their future endeavours and more laurels in their respective fields.
