Pegasystems and Wipro Expand Global Strategic Alliance

The Pegasystems and Wipro alliance will focus on developing agile and innovative business solutions worldwide, across a varied range of industry verticals. These solutions help clients improve customer retention through differentiated customer experience and enable clients to achieve productivity improvements of 30-40%. Clients will benefit from Wipro’s strong ability and significant depth of experience in architecting and building BPM and rules-based solutions for over 12 years to a multitude of customers. Wipro will leverage Pegasystems’ award-winning SmartBPM® solution to deliver faster and more robust solutions to clients.

Pegasystems’ patented Build for Change® technology provides agile, configurable business platforms. Through this, Wipro clients will be able to better adapt to ever changing business needs. Pegasystems’ industry specific framework solutions, a library of industry solution accelerators for rapid success in BPM deployments, will complement BPM services from Wipro for the customer service, financial services, insurance, and healthcare industries.

Pegasystems and Wipro will provide full BPM project management, including consulting and delivery resources, full training and enablement, and support for establishing client BPM Centers of Excellence (COEs).
