Experience the underwater world with Scuba Diving
Hyderabad|India|June'2010: Learn Scuba diving and dive deep into
the waters and see a different world then ours. Imagine yourself in a most
spectacular virgin coral reef, embraced by a turquoise lagoon, an original
Garden of Eden. Scuba Diving is most popular as a recreational sport, You
need not be an expert swimmer. The only prerequisites are good physical
and mental health, basic swimming skills and the urge for adventure.
For some it's the beauty of the reef and the marine life that inhabits it,
for others it's the thrill of discovery deep inside a wreck or cave -
everyone has a different reason for scuba diving, but most would agree
that it's for the sheer enjoyment of experiencing the underwater world
Great Hyderabad Adventure club GHAC brings scuba diving to your doorstep.
There are 2 courses being conducted in Hyderabad by the club in
association with Divegoa Scuba diving school
1) Discover Scuba Diving - Pool experience.
You can experience scuba diving by learning the basic theory followed by
30 minutes pool experience session conducted in a swimming pool . This
gives you a chance to know if scuba diving is your cup of tea.
The Pool experience is being conducted on 12th and 13th June with morning
and evening sessions
2) Scuba Diving Open Water Course
This is 4 days internationally valid certification from www.padi.com which
will allow you to dive anywhere in the world.
This course is done in 2 phases:
· Phase1: 2 days of theory and training is provided in the swimming pool
in Hyderabad
· Phase2 : 2 days diving in open water in Goa, Nethrani or Andamans
The Phase 1 is being conducted on the weekend of 19th and 20th June 2010.
Phase 2 will be conducted in month of October.
GHAC is a non-profit adventure club from Hyderabad focusing mostly on
weekend getaways,with a physically challenging twist and professionals on
hand to help one explore their active side. The group is currently made up
of professionals from different walks of life. GHAC is an environment
friendly, healthy non-alcoholic non-smoking group that ultimately creates
camaraderie and great memories. It is also the largest meetup group in
