Short Film with social message to
help children go back to school unveiled by Justice Sri B. Subhashan Reddy

Hyderabad|India|July'2010: A short film of four and half minutes
durates with a social message that highlight the plight of the under-priveleged
children and to appeal to one and all to hlep children go back to school
is released here at A.P State Human Rights Commission Office by Justice
Sri. B. Subhashan Reddy, Chairman of the commission.
We have many acts to send children back to school such as Education as a
Fundamental Right, Compulsory Education etc. But, the nation lack in its
implementation said Justice Sri. B.Subhashan Reddy, Chariman of A.P.State
Human Rights Commision speaking immediately after unveiling a social
message film titled "Bhavi Bharata Bhagya Vidhatalu". He was the chief
guest for the launch of the film.
Speaking further he said children are the wealth of the nation. They must
be allowed to study. It is our responsiblity to see that chidren go back
to school. He appreciated the efforts of PC Dorai Swamy, Director and
Producer of the film. Who has made this film after toiling for three
months without any profit motive. Justice Subhashan Reddy urged media to
give adequate coverage to the film as it helps children to go back to
school. He also appreciated the efforts of Dorai Swamy.
The four and half minutes film without any actors was shot across state to
highlight the plight of the children and encourages them to go back to
school. Mr. Ravi Varma scored music and sang the song. Gopi Ganesh is the
Cinematographer. Mr. Sagar Narayan has been the Lyric Writer. Mr. Madhu is
the editor of the film.
The film is a humble attempt and appeal to each one of us in the society
to ‘help and join at least one child in school
The film is meant for free screening and distribution. Speaking on the
occasion Dorai Swamy said it is my endeavour to pay back to society in my
own small way.D.Ramchandram proposed vote of thanks and compered for the
meeting.
