Hyderabad|India|June'2010: Keeping it’s promise of being closest to
the customer, Uninor, the GSM mobile service brand of Unitech Wireless has
launched 7 exclusive Company outlets across Andhra Pradesh - Hyderabad ,
Warangal , Vishakapatnam, Guntur and Kakinada . Uninor also has 18
Franchisee outlets and 40 Care Centres – all now operating successfully
across Andhra Pradesh.
The look of the Uninor stores is reflective of all telenor stores
worldwide. It will provide a whole gamut of Uninor services such as
Prepaid, VAS, and GPRS services. The store hosts a state of the art
Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM) along with a wide range of
handsets and accessories. Key differentiators of the Uninor store are the
24/7 ‘always mobile Kiosk’ and the ‘VAS kiosk’. The 24/7 ‘always mobile
Kiosk’ enables the customer to recharge at any point in time while the VAS
kiosk enables a customer to view an exhaustive list of VAS services and
activate his preference instantly for e.g. caller tunes.
The Uninor store is operational six days of the week to facilitate its
customers with all sales and customer service activities. Each Company
Outlet employs 6 Customer Relationship Executives (CRE) and a Franchisee
outlet employs 2 CREs. The Company outlets in Hyderabad are located at
Panjagutta, Madhapur, Kukatpally while the Franchisee outlets are located
at Ameerpet, Miyapur, Malakpet, RTC Cross Roads, Vanasthallipuram and
Bowenpally.
Uninor plans to establish Company outlets, Franchisee outlets and
exclusive retail outlets in all district Head Quarters in Andhra Pradesh.
