City printer gets National Award
for Excellence in Printing for Paper Bags

printer Vamsi Art Printers bags National Award for Excellence in Printing
(NAEP) 2009-2010, Bronze Award for Paper Bags Category. The award is just
presented in Delhi by Minister for State for External Affairs Praneet Kaur.
The awards was the initiative of All India Federation of Master Printers (AIFMP),
the apex body of India's printing industry with the support from the
Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Industrial Policy and
Promotion) under the Chairmanship of Mr. Vijaykumar Chopra, owner of Hind
Samachar Group of Newspapers.
Sri G. Venugopala Krishna, Managing Director, Vamsi Art Printers, received
the award.
The printing awards divided in three categories--big, medium and small
enterprise-- were bestowed upon 73 printing companies. A total of 1704
entries, 600 from South, 323 from North, 86 from East and 695 from West
were received.
Speaking about the award G.Venugopal Krishna said it was a dream come true
as the competition was very tough. With this award our commitment for
quality printing is more than before and we strive hard to live up to the
expectations of the industry he said.
Though started as a small outfit during mid 70’s, Vamsi Art Printers is
now a Force to reckon with all printing needs under one roof. It is now
fully equipped with most modern and sophisticated state of the art
machinery to print all kinds of jobs right from single color to five color,
starting from the smallest size to the ultimate size.
It services some of the well-known organisations like APSRTC, APCPDCL, ITC
LIMITED, LIC OF INDIA, NMDC LTD and many such clients.
