Big Bazaar organises ‘Kids Carnival’ at Big Bazaar Family Centres as part of Christmas festivities

Hyderabad|India|December'2010: The hypermarket chain of Future Group - ‘Big Bazaar Family Centres’ is organizing a three day ‘Kids Carnival’ from December 24 to 26, 2010 at its Kachiguda, Ameerpet and Tarnaka centers to be part of the celebrations. There are several competitions and activities organized for the kids during the carnival. To inculcate a habit of charity amongst the kids they are being encouraged to donate their used clothes, dolls etc and will be rewarded with a gift by Big bazaar. The items collected this way will be cleaned, refurbished, repaired and presented to NGO Ashray Akruti.

The Kids carnival was launched by Tollywood stars Krishnudu & Sambhavi of Vareva Vareva fame at Big Bazaar Family Centre, Kachiguda, today by donating set of clothes and toys through specially designed canter.The canter will go around the city for 9 days & collect clothes & toys from people.

The Big Bazaar Family Centers are decked up for Kids Carnival with Balls, Bells, Stars, Christmas Wish trees, Atriums filled with Snow etc. Special Christmas zones are being created to make available Cakes, decoration material like Tree, Balls, Bells, Stars, Musical Instruments etc. Santas will join the kids and entertain them by making them play small games and offer gifts. The Centers will have Jingles & Carols being played.Also witness the 20 ft santa @ ameerpet stores.

Some unique activities at the Centres include ‘Wish Trees’, which will have Customers tying their WISH LIST CARDs. The top 10 Wishes will be rewarded. Kids can hand over their wishes and resolutions to Santas in the store, the top 10 will be rewarded. There are several other engagements for kids like Handwriting Competition, Color Me – Painting competition, Hot Wheels Racing Championship, Rubik's Cube Competition, Tumbling Monkey Competition, Pictionary Competition etc.

Besides, some special activities are planned on each day. On 24th December a Painting competition with the theme Draw /paint your santa is being organized. On 25th December a fancy dress compettion – ‘Dress like a santa’ is being hosted. 26th December will have Winter Fashion show to crown ‘Junior Mr & Miss Big Bazaar’
