Hyderabad: When one thinks of Goa, an image of beaches, sun-kissed sands, swaying palms and the ubiquitous flea market - unique to Goa comes to mind.

Now Kingfisher, The King of Good Times, brings this very unique concept to Hyderabad - "The Kingfisher Sunday Night Bazaar" at Liquid Lounge where shopaholics in Hyderabad could experience what the best of Goa's flea markets have to offer - exclusive chains, earrings, cosmetics, kurtas, candles and candle stands, feng shui articles and carpets.

While browsing through the buzzing flea market, a delectable spread of street food all made with the right dollops of interest and imagination, will also be served in a range of counters. All this could be washed down with Kingfisher beer, which will also be served during the "The Kingfisher Sunday Night Bazaar" which starts at 5 pm. Alongside, the shopping, sipping and savouring, will be stalls where one could find a tattoo artist, hair colouring, body painting and caricaturists. The concept is to bring a fun filled evening & re-creating Goa's magic of a flea market at the venue. Kingfisher brings together all the arty / off-beat items, stuff which one wants to scavange thru but never knew where do it or one find these items in little shops in some nook & corner of the city, which one rarely found out about, all under 1 roof.

On Sunday, June 6th 2004, beer aficionados made a Bee(r) line to Liquid Lounge at Bhaskara Plaza and experienced the lively atmosphere that is associated with the flea markets of Goa - shops, food and Kingfisher beer. What else, sit back, relax and get a blast with unlimited beer at "The Kingfisher Sunday Night Bazaar". This event is going to be a regular one starting this month. Repeat programmes are on every first sunday of the month.
