Hyderabad, September '04: Hyderabadi Ghazal King, Talat Abdul Azeez Khan aka Talat Aziz is all set to perform in city on 5th September at Taj Krishna. Presented by Antiquity, he will be performing to the packed audience in his Silver Jubilee Year of his performance. The performance is being organised in aid of Concern India
Foundation.

A composer, singer and actor, Talat’s major performance was in Hyderabad at King Kothi, where 5000 audience had witnessed his performance. Singing "Kaise Sukoon Paoon" and some ghazals by noted shaayars of Hyderabad, he shifted his base to Mumbai in 1979 on a suggestion from Jagjit Singh. Later he release his first album titled "Jagjit Singh Presents Talat Aziz" in the same year with the help of Jagjit Singh.

Talat also sang in films like Umrao Jaan and Bazaar, which were super-hits.He also composed music for TV serials and also acted in several of them. He composed music for teleserials like Deewar, Baaz, Adhikaar, Ghutan, Sailaab, Aashirwaad and the magnum opus Noorjehan.

Supported by Coca-Cola, Idea, Taj Krishna, it is being organised by B&C Outdoors Event Management company. The entry for the concert is through donor passes which are priced at Rs 20,000/- for table of eight. This includes dinner and beverages.
