Hyderabad: Leo Club of Hyderabad, Youth Auxilliary of Lions Club of Hyderabad Dist. 324C2 is to organize a two-day 26th Annual Proficiency Programme 2004. The Proficiency programme will be held on 4th and 5th December 2004 at IES Clubs and Resorts, Behind Telephone Exchange, Nacharam, Hyderabad.

Leo V. Ramraj, President - Leo Club of Hyderabad in a press release issued today informed that, "Various talent competitions will be conducted for School Children like Quiz, General Knowledge, Singing, Dance, Fancy Dress, Debate, Essay Writing, Rangoli, Painting, Flower arrangement and Biscuit Eating competition. This is open for all bonafied students of the twin cities. The competitions will be in three categories Sub-Juniors, Juniors and Seniors. Fun, Excitement, Challenge, Family, Friends and Performances... they're all part of the 25-year tradition that is the Annual Proficiency Programme."

Talent competitions like this encourage the development of new talent, skills and imagination and promote education and an appreciation and enjoyment of different skills.

This would be a wonderful way to showcase the talents of young students. There is no reason why you shouldn't get to do what you love, he informs.

Advance registration of Rs.10/- per event per participation can be done at the venue between 10 AM to 5 PM. Spot registrations for specified numbers only will take place one hour before the event starts.

The Leo Club of Hyderabad is involved in various services activities for the cause of the society and has been conducting the Annual Proficiency Programme for the past 25 years.
